The service
StatementMint converts supported bank-statement PDFs into structured exports and reports deterministic audit controls. It is not a bank, accounting firm, bookkeeping service, or human review service.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to upload each document, secure your account, review outputs before relying on them, and comply with applicable law. Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or unrelated files.
Verification limitations
A verified balance means available arithmetic controls reconciled. Extraction can still contain semantic errors, and review-recommended outputs may lack sufficient controls. You remain responsible for financial decisions and records.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Plan limits and prices are displayed before checkout. Access may be restricted for failed payments or abuse.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
