Which statement types work?+
Checking, savings, money-market, debit-card, credit-card, and charge-card PDF statements are supported. The account type and each transaction’s balance effect are normalized before audit.
What does “balance verified” mean?+
Every exported row was matched one-to-one to source text and coordinates, no explicit direction evidence conflicted, and the available statement controls reconciled within one cent. It is not human accounting advice.
What happens when checks are missing?+
The result is marked Review recommended. You can inspect the extracted rows and see which checks were unavailable, but StatementMint withholds final downloads rather than silently releasing uncertain data.
Do you keep my statements?+
Files are private, encrypted in transit and at rest by the storage provider, and automatically deleted after the configured retention period. You can delete a conversion sooner.
