Information processed
We process account details you provide, uploaded statement PDFs, extracted transaction data, verification results, usage counts, and limited operational metadata needed to run the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, perform requested conversions, enforce quotas, deliver exports, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and monitor service reliability.
Service providers
Depending on configuration, processors include Supabase, Mistral AI, Trigger.dev, Stripe, Resend, Sentry, and the hosting provider. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than StatementMint.
Retention
Statement files and exports are deleted after the configured retention window or sooner when you delete a conversion. Billing and security records may be retained as required for legitimate business and legal needs.
Your choices
You may delete conversions in the product and contact us to request account deletion or access. We do not sell statement data.
